About Me
Meet Mariënne!
My journey with math and science began growing up in Aruba, where I attended Colegio Arubano on the VWO (US High School Diploma + AP / IB Capstone) track. As most Arubans do, as a next step in my career, I moved to the Netherlands. There, I earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Applied Physics at Delft University of Technology (TU Delft).
During my student years, I discovered a genuine joy in teaching while guiding secondary school and college students through complex physics and mathematics. Life took me in different directions for a while, but recently returned to full-time tutoring. I care deeply about my students’ growth and take personal responsibility for their progress. Nothing is more rewarding to me than watching a student’s frustration turn into an “aha!” moment as they build real confidence.
I offer tutoring in English, Dutch, Papiamento, and Spanish. Whether your child needs help with Algebra, Geometry, or Physics, I provide the patient and personalized guidance they need to succeed.
